Information collected for bookings

When you start a tour booking, we may collect the lead guest name, email address, WhatsApp number, tour date, traveler count, pickup area, selected tour, booking reference and payment status. Information shared separately through WhatsApp or email may also be retained for service coordination.

PayPal payments

PayPal processes the payment approval and any payment credentials under its own privacy and security practices. Our website receives transaction identifiers, payer contact information returned by PayPal, currency, amount and payment status. We do not receive or store your PayPal password or full card details.

How information is used

Information is used to create and confirm bookings, reconcile payments, coordinate pickup and suppliers, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Relevant trip information may be shared with PayPal and with assigned drivers, guides, boat operators, activity partners or accommodation providers only as needed to process payment or deliver the confirmed service.

Security and retention

Administrative access and payment credentials should be protected with strong passwords, HTTPS and regular backups. Booking and payment records should be retained only for the period required for operations, dispute handling, accounting and applicable law.
