Tour information

The website presents tour descriptions, suggested itineraries, inclusions, exclusions and prices for planning. Routes and timing may change because of traffic, weather, ceremonies, safety restrictions, supplier operations or guest requirements.

Booking and payment

A PayPal booking reference is issued only after PayPal reports a completed payment. The paid amount is calculated from the stored tour price, the displayed price unit and traveler count, then converted from IDR using the exchange rate configured by the administrator. PayPal or the card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or account fees.

Operational confirmation

After payment, our team reconfirms pickup time, availability and operational details. If a paid service cannot be supplied on the selected date, we will offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling or a refund according to the circumstances and unrecoverable supplier costs.

Prices and additional costs

The checkout covers the amount shown in the payment summary. Entrance tickets, meals, distant-area pickup, overtime, optional activities or other services listed as excluded may require separate payment.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility follows the policy on the selected tour page and any supplier condition disclosed before service. Refunds, when approved, are returned through an appropriate payment method and may take additional processing time. No-show, late cancellation and already-issued supplier tickets may be non-refundable.

Guest responsibility

Guests must provide accurate names, contact details, dates, traveler numbers, pickup information and relevant health or mobility requirements. Guests are responsible for passports, visas, insurance and following safety instructions where applicable.

Payment disputes

Contact Bali Booking Center first with the booking reference and PayPal capture ID so the issue can be investigated. PayPal transactions also remain subject to PayPal’s terms, buyer protection rules and dispute procedures.
