Learn all about the benefits of spices and herbs not only in theory, the day is really practical as you start now at the Jamu Pavilion with crafting your own healthy Jamu drink. The natural ingredients come from Balikaru Garden. Based on the family recipe, you'll prepare 2 Jamu drinks and follow this more than 1000-year-old tradition, originally from Java. Try for yourself the delicious taste of healthy, powerful drinks.
Move to Paon Bali, the open-air Bali kitchen, and learn to cook an authentic Balinese meal with guidance from our chef. We are sure you're a very good cook, and together you'll prepare a perfect lunch including the following Balinese dishes:

- Jamu Kunyit Jahe Asam: Turmeric-Ginger-Tamarind-Juice
- Base Genap: Balinese Herb- & Spice Paste
